CHICKEN SELECTIONS

Grecian Chicken marinated with garlic, oregano, lemon juice and olive oil and served with lemon butter sauce.

Mediterranean Chicken with lemon butter sauce and fresh dill marinated with olive oil, garlic, honey, fresh dill and lemon juice.

Chicken Marsala

Asian Chicken with vegetables and Teriyaki sauce.

Sun Dried Tomato and fresh Basil Chicken breast encrusted with Panco bread crumbs mixed and chopped with sun dried fresh basil and selected herbs, served with choice of lemon butter sauce or cream tomato coulee.

Pan Seared Chicken Breast with Champagne sauce and can be served with mixed wild mushrooms.

Blackened Chicken Breast with Garlic Brown Butter Beurre Blanc sauce.
This can be served with a combination of shrimp

Grilled Southwestern Chicken Breast with Southwestern Beurre Blanc, chopped tomatoes, tricolor peppers, cilantro, jalapeno and assorted southwestern spices.

Stuffed Chicken Breast with roasted red peppers, fresh spinach and mozzarella.
Served with fresh dill and Basil Beurre Blanc.

Pan Seared Chicken Breast with a mix of wild mushrooms and served with Cream Cognac sauce.

Stuffed Chicken Breast with mixed wild mushrooms and served with Brandy Cream sauce.

PORK SELECTIONS

Roasted Boneless Pork loin served with Madeira or Marsala sauce

Roasted Boneless Pork Loin with crushed black peppercorns, served with Sauce au Poivre.

Roasted Boneless Pork Loin with rub of fresh orange and lemon zest, brown sugar and spices- served with a Bourbon sauce.

Roasted Boneless Pork Loin seared with a Dijon Mustard rub and served with a Cream Dijon sauce.


Roasted Boneless Pork Loin topped with mixed wild mushrooms and Cream Brandy sauce.

BEEF SELECTIONS

Sliced Roast Beef w/Gravy or Au Jus

Teris Major grilled, carved and served with Cabernet Sauvignon sauce.
This is a very tender piece of meat from the shoulder. Second only to beef tenderloin.

*Roasted New York Strip Loin with Cabernet Sauvignon sauce.

*Filet Mignon (6oz) served with Béarnaise sauce. "Market Price"

Filet Mignon and Sautéed Shrimp served with sweet roasted red pepper sauce. "Market Price"

Filet Mignon and Foie Gras served with Perigueux sauce. "Market Price"

Shrimp or Salmon can be added to any of the above at an additional cost.

Butter Crusted Scrod

Pan Seared Salmon or Tilapia or Mahi-Mahi with fresh Dill Beurre Blanc.

Pan Seared Tilapia with Jumbo Lump Crabmeat, pecans and apricots served with a Beurre Blanc sauce.

Pecan encrusted Mahi- Mahi served with a Bourbon sauce.


FISH SELECTIONS at Market Price

Seafood Newburg Over Rice

Pan Seared Rockfish with tomato, fresh basil, capers and Beurre Blanc.

Pan Seared Grouper Nona with tomato, mushrooms and a cream Chardonnay sauce.

Pan Seared Snapper with Port Wine sauce.

Chilean Sea Bass served with Beaujolais Beurre Rouge.

All meals will include a salad, starch, vegetable, roll and butter, Coffee and Ice tea. Multiple entrée selection is available at half the full portion cost with the most expensive selection being full price and addition entrées 50% off the entrée cost. Meals can be served buffet or plated. Those items with * are not suitable for buffet service.

If Dinning in our Banquet Facility, price does not include Room Charge, 20% Gratuity or 6% Sales Tax.

Most meals are available for banquet service at your location.

For Delivery and Setup, within 30 mile radius, there is a 20% service charge added to your bill.  Outside 30 mile radius, 20% service charge, plus $1.50 per mile will be added.  Minimum 10 person order for delivery or $25.00 Setup/Delivery charge for orders under $100.00.  6% Sales Tax will be added to all orders.

All Selections include all paper products and utensils and a buffet setup unless otherwise requested.
